Jaclyn and Taylor's Engagement Photoshoot

First off, huge congratulations to Jaclyn and Taylor on their Engagement! And second, thank you for letting me capture these moments with you. I love the way these pictures turned out.

My original idea I pitched Jaclyn was bouncing around Wilmington to capture her and Taylor in the city they got engaged and started their life in. She loved the idea so we started in Fort Fisher. I love that location. The trees, the beach, the rocks, everything about it is perfect. Next was downtown. From there, we would be able to bounce around to a few different locations. We were planning to go to Greenfield Lake to snap a couple pictures on the arching bridge but, due to holiday weekend traffic and a car crash closing down River Road, we had to skip this idea.

I had this idea of them running together. My hope was these shots would connect each location and tell a larger story of Jaclyn and Taylor running through life, always connected.
